You will be joining the team at Laurence Plumbing Group, a small and well-established plumbing company within Melbourne’s Eastern and South Eastern suburbs.

Daily, we undertake works in hospitals, hotels, assisted living care, and body corporate facilities across the greater Melbourne area. Along with working in with our premier domestic and commercial building partners, completing intricate high-end detailed works in some of Melbourne’s most sought-after suburbs, and commercial precincts.

A normal day in this role with us will involve completing maintenance and construction based plumbing works.

You will be expected to:

Possess a broad working knowledge of the plumbing industry, have an exceptional eye for detail and possess an astute ability to mitigate risk. Be uncompromising in their effort to work in a safe manner, but prepared to go above and beyond if the need arises. Can accurately follow direction and adhere to required internal and external workplace policy, along with possessing the ability to independently plan and action a course of works. As well as this you’ll probably be a neat freak… which is great for us.

In return for some great rewards we will need you to be a team player, but also be okay working by yourself at times.



Along with the typical maintenance plumbing tasks you’ll be experienced in:

  • Hot water installation and servicing

  • Leak detection

  • Backflow prevention

  • TMV servicing and install

  • Commercial gas appliance maintenance

  • Investigating and reporting on plumbing issues

  • A competent understanding of plumbing principles and practices

  • Plan reading

  • Gas servicing


Drivers License is a must, as is reliable transport to and from work. 

Regional and interstate travel may be required at times.

The successful applicant will be required to obtain a Police Check and Working With Children Check prior to starting work.
